1. Terms
By accessing the Crypto Researcher Pro web application, Chrome extension, and website, and by purchasing subscriptions from Crypto Researcher Pro (a trade name of Delloran, Kvk: 69352887), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Grant of License
Crypto Researcher Pro provides software as a service (SaaS). The scope of your permission to access and use the application and its research outputs depends on your subscription tier:
Free and Premium Tiers: Permission is granted to access the application strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the AI research insights generated on these tiers for business purposes, to advise clients, or for any revenue-generating activities.
Ultimate Tier: Permission is granted to access the application for both personal and commercial use. You are free to use the AI research insights, custom reporting, and outputs for your business projects, internal company research, or commercial endeavors.
General Restrictions (All Tiers): Regardless of your subscription level, you are accessing a hosted service. You do not receive ownership of the software. Under this license, you may not modify or copy our proprietary software, resell or sub-license the application itself, attempt to reverse engineer the AI or software, or transfer/mirror the application materials to another server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions, and the license may be terminated by CRP at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Disclaimer/Disclosures
The materials and research outputs on the Crypto Researcher Pro (CRP) website and application are provided “as is”. CRP makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Furthermore, CRP does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or any sites linked to this site.

It is understood by you that you are a Customer or Licensee only. CRP will not provide any fringe benefits, insurance, vacation or otherwise upon your becoming a member. Any and all of your family, staff employees and associates shall be bound to the same terms as you under this agreement.
10. Consent
Upon purchasing (subscription) software from CRP, you consent to receive emails about content updates, promotions, and various other newsletters.
